How do I sign up and access the software?

To begin, simply sign up using this sign-up link. You’ll be prompted to enter your email (phone is optional) and create a password. If you prefer, you can also use your Google account to set up your profile instantly.

After creating your account, you’ll go through our three-step onboarding process:

1. Company Details
   Enter your company name and select whether you primarily handle delivery, pickup, or service tasks.

2. Vehicle & Location
   Tell us how many vehicles you have and specify your main start/finish location. This helps tailor route planning to your fleet size and home base.

3. Work Hours & Stop Times
   Provide your business’s operating hours and indicate how much time is typically spent at each stop (e.g., drop-off, pickup, or service duration).

Not sure about any of this? No worries—you can always adjust these details later in your Settings, or simply reach out to Support for help making changes.
